How preparation, dispatch and delivery work at Domestixa.
Once an order is confirmed, Domestixa prepares the parcel for dispatch. We may contact the customer to verify delivery information.
Estimated delivery is 24–48 hours from order confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline and may vary due to destination, weekends, public holidays, courier operations or events outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient, address and telephone details. Additional costs caused by incorrect information or repeated delivery attempts may be charged where permitted by law.
Please check that the package is intact when delivered. Any visible damage or irregularity should be recorded with the courier and reported promptly to [email protected].
