Our process for eligible returns, checks and reimbursements.
Consumers may notify us that they wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days from the day they, or a nominated third party, receive the goods.
Email [email protected] with your full name, order details, product and reason for contacting us. We will provide the applicable return instructions and address.
The consumer may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Once the return is received and checked, any refund due will be issued using an appropriate agreed method, normally within the statutory period. Delivery supplements and return costs are treated in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the return.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly and include photographs where useful. Statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
