CONSUMER RIGHTS

Right of withdrawal

Information for consumers exercising the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Withdrawal period

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to communicate your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

How to exercise the right

Send an unequivocal statement to [email protected] before the deadline. Include your name, address, telephone number, order reference, the goods concerned and the date.

Effects of withdrawal

Where the withdrawal is valid, payments received will be reimbursed as required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is supplied, whichever occurs first.

Returning the goods

Follow the return instructions provided by support and send the goods without undue delay. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Exceptions

The withdrawal right may not apply to categories excluded by law, including certain sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene or health-protection reasons, personalized goods or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.

Model statement

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [product]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].”
