We aim to present products accurately. Images may be illustrative and colours or minor details can vary because of screens, production batches or packaging updates. The essential characteristics and price shown during ordering apply.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when Domestixa confirms acceptance or dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, availability is insufficient, pricing is clearly erroneous or fraud is reasonably suspected.
Prices displayed during ordering include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made at delivery using the method available through the courier.
Estimated delivery is 24–48 hours, subject to courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control. The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply.
